The Environmental sector is an attractive area for many geography graduates, offering the chance to work with both physical and human elements of the discipline. Quantitative Methods play an important part of both the analysis and presentation of data within this sector. The remit of the sector is broad, working to enable the UK to develop and apply new technologies, responding to the impacts of climate change and extreme weather, and improving our knowledge and understanding of environmental issues.
